The Dahua NVR1108HS-8P-S3 is an entry-level PoE Network Video Recorder (NVR) to which 8 IP cameras can be connected to record and manage Full HD camera images and also be supplied with power via the network cable (PoE). Due to its great functionality, ease of installation, and high usability, the NVR is ideal for use in homes, shops, and businesses.

Possibilities

A maximum of 8 Full HD IP cameras can be connected wired to the NVR with a maximum resolution of 6 megapixels. The Dahua NVR1108HS-8P-S3 has 8 PoE ports so that the connected cameras are also powered via 1 network cable. This makes installation very easy. The NVR can work stand alone but can also be connected to the network. The NVR can then be accessed via a web browser, Dahua video management software, and the free Dahua app for a smartphone and tablet. 

The NVR has an HDMI and VGA output for connecting to a normal TV for displaying images, among other things. There are also two USB 2.0 connections for connecting, among other things, the supplied mouse.

Hard drives

The Dahua NVR1108HS-8P-S3 supports 3.5 inch hard drives of up to 6 terabytes. The Dahua NVR1108HS-8P-S3 comes standard without a hard drive. Under the "Options" tab, a hard disk can be selected for self-installation. We supply Western Digital Purple hard disks specifically designed for 24/7 surveillance purposes.
