Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any products from our site. By ordering any of our products you agree to these Terms. You should print a copy of these Terms for future reference.
The Relationship Between You and Us
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a member of ebay.ng and shall not transact or use ebay.ng website. As a minor if you wish to use or transact on ebay.ng, such use or transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of ebay.ng. ebay.ng reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to ebay.ng if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us acknowledging that we have received your order.
Use of online shop
Customers trying to place an order must first register on the website.
The contract has been agreed once you submit your order form. Once the order has been accepted by us, we will send in an an acceptance mail which confirms that the contract is formed.
Access Data
The access data (email and password) are exclusively for the customer.
They must not be divulged to third parties. Once the customer divulge the access data to a third, you may have to pay for any order made without authorization.
Return and refund
You have ten working days to return any item and ask for the refund. If after ten days, you don't lodge any complain, it's taken as if the order doesn't need return.
Pricing and payment
Pricing and payment on the website are quoted in the Nigerian Naira.
The price paid is the price of the product as at the time it was ordered.
Where it's mentioned that an item is placed for at a discounted price, the discount will be calculated at checkout.
Change to terms and conditions
We reserve the utmost right to change the terms and conditions of ebay.Ng from time to time. If any of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by the law of the country in force, such term will be invalid while the rest of them will remain enforceable.
